Quan existeix consens entre les parts, optar per la via del mutu acord permet estalviar temps i costos, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;evitar que les parts puguin rec\u00f3rrer la sent\u00e8ncia, ja que aquesta es dicta en termes consensuats.
